Every young person is trying to tell us something.
Inspire Next Generation CIC exists to help underprivileged and disadvantaged young people find their voice, their footing, and their future — through mental and physical wellbeing projects built to be heard, not just delivered.

CIC
A Community Interest Company — our activities exist to benefit young people, not shareholders.
Built on 15 years of listening to young people the system talks about, not to.
We’re passionate about making a difference to the lives of underprivileged and disadvantaged young people aged 16–25. Our work is grounded in over 15 years of experience in education and as a child advocate for looked-after children — so we understand, first-hand, the challenges facing our young people today.
The impact of Covid-19 and the pressures of social media have left many young people struggling. We’re committed to helping them thrive: through innovative mental and physical wellbeing projects that empower, support, and inspire the next generation to build brighter, healthier futures for themselves.
Communication is at the centre of everything we do. We know that not all communication is verbal — the behaviour we see in our young people is often their way of communicating with us. We aim to actively observe, listen, and understand, not just respond.
what is happening, and
try to understand.
We listen beyond words.
Behaviour is communication. When a young person struggles to say what they need, we treat that as information — not a problem to manage.
We build transferable skills.
Every project is designed to give young people something they can carry into every part of their lives — not just the room they learned it in.
We meet them where they are.
Many of the young people we work with are unsure who they are, where they belong, or what they want — and that uncertainty is the starting point, not a barrier.

Transferable Skills
Practical, real-world skills young people can carry into education, work, and everyday life decisions.
Communication & Voice
Spaces where young people are actively listened to — verbally and non-verbally — and genuinely heard.
Underprivileged & disadvantaged young people
Those facing barriers to opportunity, stability, or support — and who deserve services built around them, not around a system.
